California Women in Timber is a 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization committed to sustainable forestry and natural resource management. We are dedicated to educational outreach, professional development, and legislation in our local communities and throughout the State.
California Women in Timber (CWIT) contributes to economic stability and forest health in rural communities by:
Educating Californians about the benefits of sustainable forest management
Promoting diverse career opportunities and professional development
Supporting legislation that promotes the forest products industry and natural resource management
